The ruin of Panlong City locates in Shekou town, Huangpi District, north suburb of Wuhan City. It is north to the Wuhan City and only about 5km from it. Its central geographical coordinates is 11º18E and 30º48N. Its altitude is about from38m to 44m. Panlong City is an ancient city relic of early Shang Dynasty with typical character of traditional culture of early Shang Dynasty. It extended 1100m from west to east and 1000m from north to south. The overall area was about 1.1 square kilometers.
