Kananaskis Country is an area often overlooked by visitors to the Canadian Rockies - simply because it doesn't get the same press coverage. But it offers an abundance of excellent hiking, biking and cross-country skiing trails featuring the same spectacular scenery found in Banff National Park - jagged peaks, pristine mountain lakes, and meadows carpeted with wildflowers.
