Open. In addition to drawing thousands of visitors to the village each year for this annual event, EnJoie is the host of summer concerts, has a full service casual restaurant, and provides banquet facilities for up to 400 people. Adjacent to EnJoie is the village owned public driving range and miniature golf course.<br> Also maintained by the village are extensive park facilities, including North Side Park which has ball fields, an outdoor 50-meter swimming pool, and an authentic restored "Herschell" carousel. In fact, Broome County is known as the "Carousel Capitol". Broome County has six antique carousels which can be ridden for free and are all within a few minutes drive from Endicott.<br> The Endicott Performing Arts Center (EPAC), located at 102 Washington Avenue in Endicott, NY, and at the heart of the village's downtown shopping center, is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote the performing arts within the community through the renovation and operation of the historical Lyric/Towne Theatre. <br> The Cider Mill Playhouse is the place for live professional theatre in Endicott, NY. Located at 2 South Nanticoke Ave., Endicott, NY 13760 the Cider Mill provides the area with a steady stream of live theatre.<br> Endicott and the surrounding communities offer many outdoor recreational opportunities. The southern tier area of New York is known for its hunting and fishing.
