Xingning is county-level city, under the juridiction of Meizhou, in the Guangdong province of the People's Republic of China. Xingning is located at the east part of Guangdong province. The East River ( Dongjiang River) and the Han River flow through it. Xingning borders Meixian, Fengshun , Wuhua , Longchuan , Pingyuan. Xingning is the second largest city in east Guangdong, with an area of 2105 and a population of 1.13 million.
