Small active city located in the valley of the river Armançon. With Saint-Florentin cheese, the church, one will notice the marvellous whole of the stained glasses windows from Troyes’ school since 16th century with his 11 stained glasses, Saint-Florentin is also known with its cheese of the same name - soft cheese and washed crust.
