The Municipal Delegation of the Dolores has 6.100 Km2 of extension and one approximated population of 3.000 inhabitants, taking into account the most important communities as they are San Hilario, Santa Rita, Chale Port and the Pocitas. The preponderant activities in the Delegation are the cattle ranch, the fishing and in smaller scale artisan agriculture and works like the blacksmith shop and talabartería.
