Rose Island Beach & Harbour Club will have approximately one hundred forty waterfront residential home sites, together with a small resort, condominiums, private marina, restaurant and other amenities. Located near the eastern entrance to Nassau Harbour, and only five miles from downtown Nassau, this new, residential community will be connected to the Nassau area with regularly scheduled, ferry service which will offer a transit time of only fifteen minutes between the island and downtown Nassau.
